Vivian joined the Wild Utah Project team in 2016 as a GIS intern for two consecutive terms. During her internship, she gained knowledge and hands-on experience through a variety of conservation projects which were a great complement to her formal bachelor's coursework. In December 2017, she received her B.S. in Sociology and Urban Ecology and a Geographic Information System certificate from the University of Utah. Since then, she has formally joined the GIS Lab at Wild Utah Project as a GIS Analyst where she specializes in data management, geospatial analysis, and map design. In her spare time she enjoys doing yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
